David has been a practicing pediatric dentist since 2003.  He has been passive investing since 2004.  He has been through and experienced two major downturns in the market.  In 1999-2000 he watched his fellow dental students investing in the dot.com bubble.  Only to witness great initial returns and then lose a significant portion of their portfolio a short time later.  In  2008 he personally lost a significant portion of his assets and he knew their had to be a better way.  He wanted to not worry every downturn how is money was doing.  He wanted to know that he could have a cashflow stream.   He found the way through investing in Multifamily Real estate.
